I took a Model A muffler to a shop that made exhaust systems. They bent a pipe and flanged it copying the bend. I had to go back and have pipe bent a little more to get my muffler to be level.

I did that once with a glass pack muffler and had the shop fab a sleeve into the inlet it worked great with no way to leak at the manifold. It made my car sound like an uncorked Toyota so I sold it at the next swap meet!
