Default Odd noise only when moving 1930 A

This sound is louder in the cabin than the engine compartment. I can rev it up in neutral with no noise, then once I get going I hear this bang/clank/thump like noise.
here is a recording.
Any ideas?
Thanks

Could be your speedo cable, but your speedo should be jumping around.
It is a light noise, so it’s nothing related to the engine or transmission. It says here!
Reach up under the gas tank from the rear and feel the clamps that hold your tank in place. It sounds too light and fast for th at, but they do loosen.
Put your hand on the windshield and see if you can stop or change the noise.
Could it be an electrical shout. Sure sounds like one. Take a peak behind your instrument panel to see if any wire is a little toasted.
Good luck and stick with it.

Tighten up those hood props and put something in there to keep them from hitting any metal.
And make sure your support rods are tight at the firewall.

Good one. Those hood support rods on the clips can make a heck of a racket when loose, especially if the rivets that hold them to the firewall are loose. Any noises, thumps/bumps can be hard to track down, especially when it only happens when the car is moving.

Be careful with your dynamo, it seems to me that the current amperes charge is enourmous (20 amp aprox), it is charging more than normal, so it and can burn the windings

Rick, try adding a few pieces of tape around each of the support rods and see if that changes anything.

I had a rattle that i could not find, as a last resort i added 3 pieces of tape on each rod and no noise.
