I was surfing craigslist and found this lost prototype Model A. I bet Henry would be upset if he knew some employee sneaked this out of the factory. I live too far away to pick this one up. Hopefully someone can give it a good home. LOL

Maybe it's just me, but i'd prefer to have the gear shift IN the cab (but I'm funny like that). Shocking that it doesn't come with a title!

Put the body back in the original position and add a short box. Presto! A 1929 Ford extended cab pickup!

I don,t think I will show my extended cab/ with a full length box here. It will have the sort of proper flathead v8 and such. Gary

Looks to me like you could shift from either side of the firewall.

I could see some of the really tall guys that dont have room in a normal pickup doing this.

That would be the best path to take at this point, so the project doesn't become a total waste of what was a good Model A.

Too bad we see this all too often. Someone comes up with a strange idea of a hot rod, then gives up or they have no idea of how to finish what they shouldn't have started.

The back of the body "might" be a leftover, from the building of a FARM TRUCK. I'd like to have one for my front yard, to sit in, drink JET-FUEL COFFEE, & watch the cuties wiggle by!

Its really gone as an A as we know them. Put a big Jimmy 6 in it and take it to Bonneville. If not to race(possible with some work) at least for the greatest car show on earth in downtown Wendover on Friday night of Speedweek. (Would like to see some times of the Jimmy 6 compared the big Ford 300ci ohv, but I am getting off topic.)

PC/SR, In my Drag Racing years, I've seen MANY FIRE BREATHING GMC-6's & some BUICK straight 8's, that were UNBELIEVABLE!! OH, if the times of the '50's could only return.
