Not use what the question is referring to, fuel line is fuel line in general. A lot of setups use a fuel block with an inlet and three outlets, with a line to each carb. Are you looking for metal lines or hoses? Are you referring to the inlet fitting or the line itself?

Speedway, Jegs, Summit, JC Whitney and more all have the chromed fuel blocks for 3x2, 2x2 and more, for yours 1 in 3 out fitted with female pipe threads for nozzles. As far as the lines themselves go you have a choice of materials to go with from almost any automotive supplier as well, easiest obviously is rubber fuel line, then, copper formed, aluminum formed, or SS formed, the latter three will require a bending tool not to kink and a flaring tool for the fitting ends.
