Default Headlight Lens Difference

Ok... may be a lame question, and I may even know the answer.
What's your opinion?
Dug out some box buried headlight lens's, one is typical "FORD" on bottom
and the other has no lettering, also glass design is a little different.
Is the plain one a 60's aftermarket or...???
They are both the same diameter, picture makes one look bigger.
Other then 1928 were the lens's not all the same?
Thanks for your expertise

More then likely aftermarket replacement. There should be a name or number around the edge. Different makers would have used different patterns in the glass to get the same light spread as Ford supplied lens and not infringe on Fords licensed product, or in their opinion, better then stock.

Are you sure they are both Ford?

The lens on the left is a parts store replacement. I think the one on the right is a original Ford lens. Most original Ford lens have a very small mold number about 1 inch below the word Top, none of the reproduction lens will have this number on them. You have to get close and look good to see it, the number will be on the back side next to the bulb. I think I can see the number in the picture, or it might just be a bug stuck on the glass

The Lens on the right flat is genuine Ford?
The 1932 Ford Lens had these three little tabs around the edge, but the tabs were deleted for the 1933- 1934 Fords Lens.
