Default Hi Boy air filter Guys...need your advice

I would like to purchase and install a Hi Boy style air filter. I have an Aermore exhaust whistle installed and want to make sure the filter will fit with the whistle before I spend $78.00.

For those with a Hi Boy installed, do you think it will fit around my Aermore?

This is a "Hi-Boy" on my '29 roadster. The Simmons Swan intake is a Model-A period aftermarket accessory. It holds the Zenith carb. in the same position as the Ford factory intake manifold. Hope the pic helps, it is gon'na be a tight fit with an Aermore.

Forgot to mention that the asphalt cloth wire covering below the Hi-Bo. Is for shielding an oil line to a oil PSI guage on my dash and is not part of the Hi-Boy.

Thank you for the image Bob-A. Looks like I can clear the whistle no problem, but may interfere with the valve.
