31' Town Sedan Rear Door strap replacement?
My rear door strap(check) snapped in half over the weekend.
This is the part: https://www.snydersantiqueauto.com/flat-strap How does this piece get replaced? Do I have to take the door panel off and the side panel? Any pictures or tips would be really helpful. Thanks

Yes; you have to remove the door panel enough to access the 2 screws. Sometimes a stubby or rt. angle screwdriver will fit without completely removing the panel. The other end fits behind the quarter uph. panel and the metal panel which accesses the window/mechanism.

You need to get under the door panel and the quarter panel.
I'll see what pics on my computer I can find (if any) on that area
