Here is a link to a post about it from not too long ago. Sounds like a good unit. Just need to install it per the manufacturers specifications.

Do a search, there are several threads on them, none of them with much good to say about the distributor.

Looks like scicala reads the threads differently than I do!

I guess I was being optimistic and going by Stromberg's response to the complaint. I personaly have no experience with them.

Worked fine for me once the engine was running, but I had starting problems on 6volt. I think the starter was causing voltage drop so the unit wouldn't energise. Gone back to a helmet.
