Today, July 9, 2015, I received my July/August copy of the "Restorer" magazine. I was starting to worry about getting it. How has everyone else fared?

I thought he finally got his Model A running after fighting years of vapor lock, running gas with alcohol in it, using the wrong motor oil (with or without ZDDP in it) and using a carburetor off of a 1992 Suzuki!

I don't remember where the magazine is physically mailed from, but it always goes out around the 1st of the month, in waves sorted by ZIP code. You can imagine that when you mail 15,000 copies of anything, a few are going to get waylaid along the way due to weather and things.

Yep, it's the same information no matter when you read it, so when it arrives isn't much concern. The ads are the only thing that are really time sensitive, but I always find the real bargains are always gone before the magazine is even in print.

First time ever. Yesterday I received The Restorer, Model A News, Model A Times and Auto Restorer. Only thing missing was AACA's offering.
