Default plastic fan size

I need to know the diameter of the plastic fans now being offered. Also, are there any clearance problems to the radiator? Thanks

If you get one from a model A vendor you will have no clearance issues, buy it from your local parts store and who knows.

Does anyone know of any cfm ratings for the fans that are offered for the Model A? Or any publications that list the fan cfm's?

Put a plastic on my car. Runs much cooler at idle and low speeds. No difference at high speeds. Plus, it's safe.

Rock: Somebody a while back posted figures ( I believe temps) comparing a 2 blade (orig), 4 blade and the plastic. The 2 blade ORIGINAL style provided the best cooling. Try a search. FWIW

Thanks Flamingo. I'm looking for something statisical, as most observances of cooling are mostly stated in generalities. I would like to be able to apply some thermodynamic formulas to determine the actual cooling characteristics of the different fans that are available. Some newer fans are listed by cfm at a certain rpm. I'll keep searching.
