Ken.. click on user cp in the black bar at the top of page, then click on edit avatar, then select use custom avatar, then hit the browse button,
you can select your pic. from your computer, pic. must be small size, about 160x160 pixels or there abouts. you may have to resize your pic., if so use windows office picture manager or windows paint progam. if you right click a pic. then properties it will show the size, try it on my avatar to see what I mean.
