Default another bumper question

31 pickup... l my bumper had a bit of a ding in it on one side. i removed the end bolts and flipped one piece over then used my arbor press to shape the bend to match the undamaged curve. flipped the whole thing over and did the other piece. the bumper looks useable now, but does not sit flat against the support arms. here is my question... with the bumper sitting on the ends on the floor, how high should the center be? i suspect i have a little too much bow in it now. i think i can take out some of the bow if i know what i am trying to reach.
