29 model a truck headlights

for sale a pair of 1929 truck headlights redone but never installed. They have black painted buckets not chrome.

I do not believe these are 29 headlamps, I have never seen them with wires coming from the mounting bolt, the wires normally attach to the conduits, am I missing something?
