Vacuum on my F3, but it is a Marmon Herrington. All other fellows that have 52 MHs have vacuum. Coincidence?

Expect to pay several hundred dollars for a factory electric setup (and you need the entire system, vacuum systems use different parts). They are a mediocre system, and weren't on a lot of trucks.

If you are going the 12v route, Dennis C. makes the best aftermarket system, in my opinion.

Mine is vacuum and it's a Canadian F-1. I haven't got to it yet but I hope to get it working.

My 52 f1 is vacuum but supposedly all 52 f1 went to electric. I guess mine was an early production on 52? Running 6volt pos I’m reluctant to switch as I have a few lighting options spot snd fog , plus heater and radio how much can you ask of a 6volt system? ��
