Default Need a Shop in my Area - NY/NJ/CT Tri-State

Does anyone know of a good shop to do front end work and a steering gear and column change out in the NY/NJ/CT Tri-State area? I am willing to trailer my 29 Roadster Pickup some distance for the right guy. The front end shakes are driving me nuts!

He just put a complete rebuild rear end in my 29 Pick up, very happy. I destroyed the old one.

Have you given any thought to doing it yourself? Really rewarding if you do! Invite a few friends and fellow a owners to help with the job. (serve beer after the work is done).

What do you mean by "a steering gear and column change out" ? There used to be a guy who specialized in rebuilding steering units and he was located in Conneticuit and advertised in the MAFCA and/or MARC magazines.

Jkeesey,
You link doesn't seem to work. It took me to an ad for the company which hosts your website.

Hmm that's interesting supergnat. Right now I'm taking over ownership of the shop so that could be the problem but I'm going to look into it.

Cool Re: Need a Shop in my Area - NY/NJ/CT Tri-State

Vintage Motorcars, Westbrook CT. Very good but they take their time doing the job so up goes the price. Get an estimate.
