Default 1925 head light problems

I have a 25 touring with a poorly welded repaired LH arm my question is are these lites RH,LH or are they the same for each side and how many years will interchange I have the lite off after lot of trouble to have a good weld put on the arm. I also tried to remove the rim with a homemade expanded metal strap which easily removed the right side I have used ample penetrant on the chrome rim I take it righty tighty lefty loosen as in counter clockwise I am already bending the rim with this method. I may have to abandon this lite if I can not get the rim off and clean polish the reflector. The lite works fine just trying to up date. Any help would be appreciated.

No left or right on the lights. 1925 back mount the same. When taking the rim off you have to push it back and twist. I find taking off the light and laying on piece of carpet face down easiest for stubborn rims, push down and twist.
