Default changing wheel bolt pattern

i have a 1977 F100 2wd, i am trying to change the wheel bolt pattern to that of the 5 lug mustangs, would like to know the deminsions of each spindle

Don't know what it has to do with the spindles but the bolt pattern for the pickup is 5 on 5.5 and the Mustang is 5 on 4.5. The pilot (part the wheel center fits on) will be bigger on the truck so it will have to be turned down or the center hole in the wheels made larger. Moving the lugs in that far means you will need to spot face or grind a flat spot on the underside of the axle/hub so the lug will seat flat. Not a big job but you may have to have a shop with an index table drill the new hole locations.

Coilover is right your gonna have to have a shop do it so that everything is centered. My question is with so many wheel combos out there why would you want to go through all the trouble?
