Re: chassis dyno results
Wow, that flathead has so many tubes and things it looks like it's on life support.

Re: chassis dyno results
Correct me if I am wrong but is this "thee Kenny Kloth " world record holding flathead? I believe he took it out of his 49 merc to fit a more street friendly flathead some time in 2014. Fact or fiction .

Re: chassis dyno results
from what I understand those are the heads off of Kenny's car, real high flow low compression. Also I think the engine is turbocharged and electronically fuel injected (completely legal in our class).

Re: chassis dyno results
Those are Kloth Heads, but not the engine itself, I'm sure.
The record engine was sold many years ago and as far as is known has never resurfaced. Rumors abound. I believe the engine itself still sits idle in someone's shop. Kenny has made more than one set of heads |

Re: chassis dyno results
Thanks for the update kahuna. You have the correct facts to set the record straight.. Shame the original is languishing in a shop somewhere and not out racing as it was designed to do.
