Question 30/31 roadster windshield "snaps"?

Going to eliminate the "snaps" from my windshield from my roadster (frame)..... There are 5 in the windshield frame.... Do they just unscrew?
I will never be running a top, so they have to go to clean up the frame.
Advise/knowledge appreciated....... Thanks.

Open car windshield snaps install with a "friction" fit. You can pry them out with a screwdriver.

They leave a large hole, about 3/8 inch. Unless of course the were an aftermarket of screw in ones. You can tell if there is a phillips head in the snap.
