Default Are these links rebuildable?

This is the front shock link off my '41, I was trying to figure out how Ford put them together, I'm guessing the studs are pushed in with the rubber and a round cap is forced into the cast arm. I don't like the looks of the replacements but that's all I can find.

They are not meant to be rebuilt. NOS 4" links are often found on eBay.
