It would probably go for considerably more in this part of the country.

All,
Thanks for the posts and the thoughts!

The car was on the road in good running order in 2005 when it came my way. I am confident the engine will crank-up if given a little gas. The petcock coming out of the gas tank has a small pinhole that was covered with epoxy as a fix but it still released some fumes so I drained out the gas and never started it again. I also yanked the wiring harness because it looked bad and I didn’t trust it. That was in 2005 and the car has been in my garage ever since; just kind of in the way and taking up space. I’ll get it running and replace the roof and possibly running boards and then decide what to do. Depends on whether I'm having fun with it.

Keith- If I do sell it will be to a restorer in a model A club. I’ve turned away a number of rodders.

Pete

Not being in the hobby, that seems like a stretch; I think he's fishing.
I know a guy with a similar car (Craigs List link) he inherited from his dad. The last time we talked he had $50K into the car and was probably headed for $65K. Ouch!!

You guys are making me feel bad. Take a look at my condition and you would know why...

A car like that in New England would sell at 5k because of the body really quickly I believe. Just don't ask what I paid for mine...
