Default Why is it so?

I posted an add for model a rear spring u-bolts and asked they be in nice condition, no rust. Paid for the brackets and what do I get? Rusted junk, nuts are pebbled bad and threads rusted away at the stud ends. Makes me angry and I shake my head that a fellow barner would do this to me. I will post his name if he refuses to make this right.

It's tough to buy eben with a picture. I wouldn't want to buy anything without a picture. Hopefully he will make it right, but in the end, there is still postage both ways that someone has to pay for. Best to be forthright to begin with.
