Judge George C. Corson's Model A

I was packing some old Model A books into boxes today and flicked through a copy of How to Restore the Model A Ford by Clymer Publications.

I must have had this for 30 plus years.

Anyway on page 34 there is a picture and brief caption about Judge Corson's 14,000 mile 1929 Tudor and what he did to it.

Judge Corson was from Plymouth Meeting Pa.

Does anyone remember this car or know what happened to it or other low mile cars restored in the 50's and 60's

They must be out there somewhere?

I too have the Clymer book with the pic. of the Judges Tudor. I would have got that book in the late '60's/early '70's.
I got all my initial Model A knowledge from those Clymer books which were very basic & mostly lifted from early Ford Service info with a few more photos mixed in. That & looking at all the Model A's still around here got me interested in originality & Ford Production.
I am amazed new guys today will often not have any Model A based literature or even an Owners Handbook in reprint after buying or inheriting a Model A.

Tudortomz: I'm with you, the first thing I did was start a library, and it's a great reference tool. The internets got its place, but the info in books is in my opinion, is the backbone of the hobby.

The books not the question, I just happened to be packing up my library in anticipation of a move.

I'm interested in knowing where some of the low mile cars are that were 'restored' decades ago from excellent originals.
