Brake pedal question
I have two brake pedals shown in the picture below. One has a grease zerk like I have seen before (press in). The other one (beadblasted) has a strange threaded place I assume is for a grease zerk. The hole appears to be about 1/4" in diameter, which is smaller than all the threaded places for zerks I have seen. Is this pedal for a later model A like a 30 or 31? I have all 28/29 vehicles and that is what I need the pedal for.

Re: Brake pedal question
Based on page 7-2 of the Restoration Guidelines and Judging Standards the pedal on the left is "Typical pedal with lubricator fitting used from May 1930 to end of production" and it looks like the one on the right is "Typical pedal used from Nov 1928 through May 1930 without lubricator fitting" The size and location of the hole indicates it was an owner modification to add a lubricating point.

I did drill mine about mid-way along the bushing - much like the later version. Joe K
