Re: Uncle Max
Hoping for a speedy recovery Uncle Max! Darned texting and driving anyhow. We had a friend killed a couple of years ago when a kid meeting her from the opposite direction was texting and hit her head on.
Killed the kid too. So unsafe. Kevin

Re: Uncle Max
Max , get well soon. Take you time and make sure everything is O.K. before you sign any paperwork with an insurance company. You can be guaranteed that the other party's company will be calling soon to have you sign a release.

Re: Uncle Max
God speed Max! Hope you are on the mend ASAP! As for cell phones, I agree with Matt something must be done. The idea of having a chip in the car to avoid moving usage is an idea whos' time has come.

Thanks for that info ! Geeze that maybe explains why I've been calling him since yesterday...and getting no where. Bummer, here's hoping/praying that Max is OK ! Those damn machines are a plague/curse on the driving public. Is it really that urgent and worth injuring/maiming/killing someone to BS while driving. I think that Uncle Max will have an answer to this question..sadly !! I just rec'd my stuff back from Max and have been calling to tell him how appreciated he is. Is Max # still (801)611-4301 ? Bitch to not see good,eh. |

Re: Uncle Max
Interestingly enough, there is an app that can be downloaded into a 'smart phone' that disables it when it is in a car. I know little about it and do not know about the parameters ( I am one of the three people in the United States that does not have nor want a 'smart phone')....but this phone use in the car is maiming and killing people. The fine in California is nominal $100 or something like that....I think it should be treated with the same penalty as drunk driving as it also kills people...................I sure hope Uncle Max is recovering quickly from this incident....Matt in Alameda
