Default Installing glass in Rear window of Pickup...?

Ive had the glass cut, and worked over the original trim ring that goes inside
The cab.
My question is .... On the four corners, there are holes in the trim ring, but
No tabs in the cab for them to bolt to. Is there a clip that holds the glass to the trim ring? I haven’t ordered the machine screws and nuts yet.

Should be separate metal corners- Vendors will have them or do you have them;like an "L" bracket.DO NOT over tighten you will break the Glass!!!

Thanks Gary. I see them in Bratton’s and Snyders. Have to order the screws too.

Think about putting in a sliding back window. they were Ford accessories starting in 1935. they do a fine job in keeping the cab cool.

Suggestion: Before you install your back window glass, place your new window glass up against the window's mounting flanges on the body. If the glass fits flat against all four flanges without standing proud anywhere, it should install OK without breaking the glass when screwed tight. If anywhere around the glass there is a void between the glass and the body flanges, the void has to be eliminated. Read it as do more body work. I broke two new rear windows before I finally caught on that my window frame was not on a flat plain. It looked like it was a good fit, but it wasn't. During installation, I held my window's mounting nuts with a small curved nose vice grips. Replacing the broken glass for the third time, I got my last total replacement time down to less than a half an hour. Put the butt ends of the window seal at the top middle.
