Default Chrome headlights

What year or years had chrome headlights ?. A friend of mine asked me and I did not know. I had a 29 Model A 60 years ago but do not remember the headlights being chrome. Thanks in advance.
Gary.

Question Re: Chrome headlights

Best bet would be to check the Judging Standards on this. I'm not sure
on the headlights, but I do know that in late '29 Ford did put chrome on
the tea cup style tail lights.

According to the judging standards section 15-2, head lights may be chrome October through December 1929

Actually what the JS say is that the 29 Town Car after April and some vehicles Oct-Dec 29 had some exterior brightwork that was chrome. They do not say that the headlights were ever chromed. I think this point needs further clarification. Marco?
