Default shipping an A body to England

Have a friend who wants to ship an A body only to England.


has anyone done this? Is a title needed with the body or not?


Please dont speculate- only those who have done it reply.

We don't have titles for cars so the American system is a mystery to me. I have imported a couple of cars from there and have worked out that title is needed for a car like a Model A if there is the chassis and the two axles. Ie, it can be rolled. Even if the front and rear end are removed from the chassis, a title is needed. It doesn't need to have any mechanicals or steering! The body doesn't need a title. My confusion is compounded by the fact that the rules vary from state to state and it seems to depend on from which state the car departs.

OK, fine! Just for that, Iím keeping my two cents worth of info to myself and probably going to buy some bubble gum with it. (If I can find two cent bubble gum that is)
