Default 40-41 pickup headlight bezel question

I've seen two types of pickup headlight bezels. One has an integral parking lense frame where just the glass is inserted. Thats what I have on my pickup, it is also chromed and may not be correct for my truck. I have also seen headlight bezels with a detached frame for the parking lamp lens. I think the last one of those I saw was painted, or at least had no chrome on it. What is the difference where where these types properly used?

chrome plated one with no seperate parking light bezels are for deluxe cars and the 40 sedan delivery, since it was a deluxe. The painted ones with the seperate parking bezel were for the Ford V8 (commonly called "standard") and all 1/2 ton commercial trucks. the 40 lenses were flat and the 41 1/2 ton trucks, commercial vehicles were a raised with a "bullseye" in the glass

Found these photos of a great looking 1941 Ford Panel Delivery on the Internet. The Pickups would have the same headlight Roms etc as the panel Deliveries.

Ford in the USA also built a 1941 Ford Sedan Delivery on the passenger car frame using the same carry over body as the 1940 Ford Standards. These photos show a 1941 Ford Sedan Delivery. These models got the same Headlight Rims as the 1941 Ford Pickup, and had Raised parking Lens at the top, whereas, on the 1940 models, this Lens was flat.

Ford Australia did not offer a 1941 Ford Sedan Delivery, but did build a 1941 Ford Coupe Utility that had the same trim as the USA built 1941 Ford Sedan Delivery shown in the photos of the previous Post. These were marketed as Ford Deluxe and were sold to civilians, whereas, Ford Australia also made Utes made from cut down 1941 Ford Sedans. For more details, please refer to my Post, 1941 Fords - Rare in Australia.
