Can anyone identify what year Fords this "Ford Script" Battery Positive Earth Cable was fitted to?

Check the length of the cable.
I've seen lots of very similar Ford script cables. Most of them are too long.
The one in your pictures appears correct.
Look in the judging standards for fitment.

This Earth Strap measures 5.5 Inches, end to end

Length is measured center to center of the holes.
The braided strap was introduced in June 1931.
The Ford Script was added July 1931 to both the braided and multi-layered straps
The strap was 4 3/4 through 1929, then reduced to 4 1/4.

There is nothing in the guidelines to indicate that there were any polarity markings on the strap.

The head shape of the one you are picturing looks like it may be for a later year or an after-market replacement. Should be more like the one in this attachment
