Default Wide five drums and adapters

Hello. I wanted to ask does any body make new wide 5 brake drums?

And is there any Good adapters that are built to last and are useable
To convert. 5 on 5 1/2 to wide five for disc or drum?

Thank you for your help!!

Do a search, but I think Dick Spadaro makes these adapters.
As far as the drums, I have not seen any new ones for sale, I am running wide five drums in my car, they are original drums in good shape, I did see some NOS drums at one time for sale, but that was awhile ago.
Let me know if you find some.

I have never seen any new wide 5 drums. You need to look for good used ones. Just change to the wide 5 brake drums and forget the adapters.

I managed to buy 2 NOS drums on E-bay to fit my 36 for 19.95 each --nobody else bid !
Found another one last year at Hershey that cost more.

I have a NOS 37-39 front hub-drum assy that I would trade for a 36 rear in the same condition

The drums malpais has are pretty rusty, and my understanding was most folks here dont like pitted parts. One is usable and one stripped a hub puller so is "unknown".

Neither were from a juice axle, if it matters.

I think the 35-39 wide 5 drums will all work for juice brakes but others better in the know than I will hopefully chime in .....
