The DeLuxe should have the center arm rest in the rear along with arm rests on each side. It also has a light in the interior at the very back. Also will have cowl lights. Interior also should have wood grained dash rail and around the interior windows. Is it a Briggs or Murray body?

The fixed arm rest is the more modern version of the BUNDLING BOARD, used in beds in Colonial times! Buster T.

The 170-A, B, and B DeLuxe were all built by Briggs. Additional to what's been mentioned, the 170-B standard was built in early 1930 only. During April 1930 Ford transitioned from the standard version to the Deluxe model.

Besides the obvious addition of the "door garnish trim panel" below each door window on the Deluxe, the door window mouldings were different. The standard had a lip across the bottom which was removed and had integral stamped steel "pull to grips". The Deluxe had nickel plated cast pull grips which were attached with screws from the bottom.
