These 1940, boards (same as 1939 Deluxe) have never rusted or been damaged. The brackets have been modified, slightly. A small section of each has been cut out. They have been sprayed with undercoating, both top and bottom. This makes them usable, as is, for a driver or a street rod. They, actually, look pretty good ! Ready to bolt on ! There is no rubber matting on them. These are as solid and as straight that you could expect to find ! They are in terrific condition ! $200.00 Plus shipping......
