'29 Speedster
Hi, I recently bought a Speedster with an all steel body. The previous owner gave me a picture of when he brought it home, 1970. It sat in storage since then. The cowl is 28-29 and the boat tail bolts directly to it. The engine has been modified with a Weiand head and downdraft carb. I was told that the fenders are from a 1920-30 Mercedes. I had it running 3 years ago. Has anyone seen anything similar? Thanks.

Re: '29 Speedster
Its got me thinking about putting something similiar together !!! I'll probably run dual updraft Marvels instead of a down draft . Its still too hot here to do much of anything other than looking at the forum.
