Default '32 E brake?

Hoping someone can verify if this is '32 or not. It's been hanging in the garage for decades. It is the same handle as the one in our avatar '32. Looking to ID and sell some stuff. What might its reasonable value be?
Thanks in advance! Tom

That it is, although the only part of it that is unique to '32s is the sector with the teeth. Nearly everything else is both carried over to '33-'34s and back to '30-'31s.

Tom, you can even see the original "Butler" finish on the lower part of the lever. I am sure the patina guys would like that as is. It is very complete.
