I would talk to Gary. “ gosfast “ on here if you need a complete rotating assembly he is in Long Island NY.
He really knows how to put a good package together in what ever configuration you desire.

Yes, Gary X2. Egge doesn't make the 3 3/8 pistons. Only 3 5/16 +.20-.030
Try Ross for them

As far as I am aware the lowest cost stroker kits for general public consumption were available at Speedway in Lincoln, NE.
