I have a 28 tudor sedan and need the panel over the door on driver's side. I spoke with a man at Syracuse street Nationals and he said he had one but for a 30-31.. Can I make a 28-29 piece from that? Is there more metal in the front on 30-31's? Any other differences?

I believe the 28/29 does not have a offset stamped into it for the door. the 30/31 does have that offset stamped into it .

I bought new panels for my 30 Tudor, the fit was really good with little modification needed. I have no experience wit the 28-29 panels... Here is the link

Saw one fabricated from fiberglass, on an old body shell. Don't know any history about it??

1928-29's are definitely a little different than the 30-31's. I have a decent original 28-29 - if you're interested send me a message.
