Needed the right side diff. cage half that accepts the side diff bearing. To repair a '38 rear end so it needs to be the beefier 'later' version that takes the wider 68-4221 bearing instead of the earlier narrow bearing 18-4221. Don't know why Ford didn't assign it a different part number such as 68-4206 or at least 18-4206-B?
