Default Door Stops

It seems to me that these door stops are a bit ratty.
So, I am thinking that they need to be replaced.

The problem is that I have no idea how to remove old door stops, nor do I know how to install new ones.

Can anyone out there give me a hand?

Thanks,

Pull outward, but no metal clip under them. They are a rubber block that fits in a open slot. The rubber is molded with a part that fits behind the slot. Use a blunt screwdriver to force new ones in.

I think if you look at some new ones you'll see how they fit!

OK, I got the old ones out. I need help determining what are the new ones? I see nothing similar on the vendor's websites.

Anyone know the correct vendor and part number?

Thanks

I think the middle and bottom ones on the left side look like yours.
