Default To settle an argument

We want to know did Mercury in the series from 46/48 make a business coupe, that is a "short door" body style coupe on the 118" wheelbase chassis? They did for sure on the Canadian 114" chassis. Thanks Bill.

I was told Canada only, but I had one. However its was made out of a 47 mercury 4dr that had the body clipped with a 46 ford short door coupe so it has all the "mercury" side trim around the windows.
