Easy enough to make. I made mine from some angle and welded on nuts. That is a 81A top so a little different than a 34 top. The lever should be mounted higher.

Why don't you call them at their phone number I gave in Post #3 and ask? I am sure they could give a better response than I could.
I will take a shot. The full name is Model Engineering Company. They are a small shop that produces a few parts used by the old car enthusiast as a sideline to their main business (which I believe is a machine shop). I don't think I have ever seen an ad for them. I have a couple of his '32 emergency brake mounts on '39 transmissions. I tried his old website and it pops up a different business? I use to be able to see his catalog online but that was probably 15-year's ago. He made a lot of cool stuff for '32 Fords that bolted to the original holes.

I have a extra 32 bottom part with bosses but no forks ..I was lazy...seems like a lot of woark to take the forks all apart and reassemble ..getting those pins out and back in again seems like a PITA..see pic of what I'm working on..I bot this truck from a lady ! does it show ?..sc
