Default ID 2 dr sedan pass seat?

A friend has this seat and would like to know what it is. I am just trying to help him. I am not very familiar with the A's. I think it might be an A pass seat. It surely has been crudely recovered. Some help would sure be great.
Thanks!!

The feet are metal cones plus an eyelet in front.

The cones identify it as a Model T seat.

Use care when removing that large mouse nest in the bottom of the seat. It can be deadly.
