Default 52 Rubber Bump Stop

On the top of the frame under the top suspension arm there is a missing rubber bump stop on my 52 Merc. Shocks are new but on occasion the suspension arm will bottom out on the top of the frame making quite a bump. I'm guessing new rubber is available but how big a job is it to install? Hoping it will just press in from the top but thinking possibly the coil spring has to come out to get the job done. Picture of where it is supposed to go.
I see they have it at C&G Ford. https://cgfordparts.com/ufolder/show...s=6&g=57&t=323
