Default Hub Cap Question

A friend of mine bought a set of "artillery" type Wheels (jumbo Wheels).
And the hubcaps where not the best.
The steel ring is spotwelded to the rim

But the hubcap diameter is bigger than the Ford 32-35 types.
Can anyone tell us what they came from?

Mr. 42, I think your hubcaps & adapter rings were from Kelsey-Hayes wheels... I have some 16" tire size x 4.5" wide
