Completely rebuilt by reputable rebuilder, can drive car with transmission functional right now. This is a Borg Warner electric cable overdrive from a 50 Mercury set up to work in a 41 Ford Tudor. Slip yoke tailshaft. I am going to late model engine and transmission. If I could afford to put a 302 in front of trans I'd keep it. Can be used behind later Flathead
