Default Purpose/location, E brake Bush 11A-2091

On the '40 I believe there is e brake cable bushing 11A-2091. What is its' purpose and where is it located. See photo. Thank you Fordbarners.

It looks like the part # in this drawing. Hard to see. A grommet.

That bushing is listed to fit '41-48.
The '40 uses 91A-2271

Thank you Fordbarners. 40Cpe, that's probably why I couldn't figure out how to use it.

Update. The 91A-2271 is for the e brake wires that go to each rear wheel. Those bushings insulate the wires from the radius rods they are attached to. The one I believe I am looking for is the round one, 91A-2273, that slides over the main cable to insulate it from the X-member where it goes through the center of it. Dennis Carpenter, $4.95.

There are NO parts with an 11A prefix on a 1940 Ford. NONE.
This particular piece goes on the cable near the "X" member to shield it (cable) from rattling against the frame.
