A search for "brake rod springs" should turn up pictures.

Did you get the flat spring, or the wire spring style?

The Restoration Guidelines must have pictures of them mounted.
The fronts mount to the front side of the bracket, and the rear mount on the rear side of the bracket.

When you put them on, don't screw up your brake adjustment. You will have to remove the ends to get the springs on, so be sure to put them back to the same overall length.

good point..I just replaced my rod spring's(flat type)and they don't match up to the mounting hole.
I've now removed the right side rod's front and rear (nut was frozen)freed it up replaced it and noticed that none of the rod's are at equal length's. more thinking..
My reason for replacement was one was broke in half(rusted)into. E-brake spring.
Now i'm finding out the back brake adjusters will not adjust more than one or two clicks and the tires only do less than a half turn when free spinning. : (
