Cool How do you attach a picture to a reply?

When I try to add a picture to a reply using the "add image" tool, it only seems to accept a URL. How do I add a picture from my hard drive? It doesn't seem to have a feature to browse to the image. I see lots of people adding images to replies. How are you doing it?

If you use "Post Reply" instead of "Quick Reply" you can add a picture.

Thanks. I know I had done it on the past but couldn't figure out how to do it again. Guess I was always pushing quick reply.
