Default Roadster wood tack strip ?

I'm looking for an original wood tack strip for my 30/31 roadster . Before I buy a repop I'd rather have an original. Anyone know where might have one?

Are you speaking of the one at the lower back of the top? Mounts on body right behind seat?
If so it’s metal curved strip with twisted material inside to receive tacks

Wood. The top studs to secure top are like a wood screw.

Again....
They are a metal channel to fit the contour of the body along the rear belt rail
Twisted tough material is crimped inside
And yes, the studs are wood like screws that hold into the twisted material. When I said tacks it was a brain hiccup
I have used layers of upholstery board to replace rotted material inside
Has to be slid in in layers to fit
If needed I likely have one I can make a picture of and send direct if you send email
Of this I am SURE because I’ve done a dozen or so

I agree. My 31 Standard Roadster had this arrangement but it was too far gone to salvage so I used a repop wooden one.

They often are not salvageable and wood is about only option
The strip has “some structural support” since a roadster doesn’t have a real sturdy package tray like coupe or cabriolet
I’d make sure a wooden replacement is a good hardwood with appropriate grain direction
