Default 36 Car Headlight buckets

My clips at the bottom have broken off on both buckets. Just wondering if anyone has a good repair for this. I’ve searched the board and can’t seem to find this question before. I doubt I’m the first one this has happened to. I was thinking of using small diameter short screws and a nut run up tightly to the bottom of the bucket. I’d hate to do that if someone has a better suggestion. Thanks!

You might have to make them. Here is a pic of a '35 head light bucket. You can see that they are riveted.

Does this help?
This is Bob Drake, but others carry them.

Thanks, everyone. I ordered the ones from Bratton last night. Hopefully they’ll work. Otherwise, I’ll make something to hold it.

Just to clarify the Drake kit shown is for the latch on the headlight trim ring and not the head light bucket itself.

The Bratton clip should do the trick with a few holes drilled for rivets

Crabby...If fixing yours doesn't work out for some reason, Dennis Carpenter has quite a few 36 passenger buckets in their NOS department. There are a few 40/41 seal beam buckets mixed in with the bunch, on the shelf. I do not believe that they are NOS, but they all appeared to be good buckets when I looked through them in April.
